faithamg2017

It is the last day of 2017 and here I am thinking back on the year’s events in my life. With the trials in life, my faith is what had kept me going. Newly published- Letting Go and Letting God- A Devotional on Forgiveness

My latest devotional has been newly published on Amazon in Kindle format. It is called “Letting Go and Letting God- a devotional on forgiveness”. There may be someone in your life who has done you wrong and you find it hard to forgive that person. It doesn’t matter how hard you try or if even if you ignore the fact that you are keeping unforgiveness in your heart. Unforgiveness leads to keeping you a prisoner to the past. I have used my own experience of being a victim of domestic violence to share how I came to forgive my ex-husband after sixteen years.

The Lord has you where He wants you to be

The Lord has you right where He wants you to be.

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

Things happen in our lives that we wish wouldn’t have happened. Whether it is illness, loss of job, friends turning against you etc, know that the Lord has you right where He wants you to be. Sometimes, we cannot understand why but He does. It can either make us stronger, be a help to someone else or something we needed to get our eyes on Him. Whatever it is, if you belong to Him, you are safe in His hands. That does not mean life is all good but it does mean that your problems are His also. Let Him handle it. Seek His Will and He will direct your path. Have a blessed day!
